Kids Program (Ages 6 - 15)

Dragon Kids (affectionately known as 'Little Dragons") is a class designed to allow young children to try out a martial art in a fun, energetic and supportive way. Classes are 45 minutes in length and are structured to introduce the fundamentals of jiu-jitsu, while assisting students with focusing their boundless energy.
Students will learn basic blocks, strikes and avoidance techniques, as well as break-falls and rolls. |
Our kids classes are for students aged 6 to 15. For those that started in the Dragon Kids program, this class is a natural progression to the next skill level and excellent for anyone interested in building confidence, self-esteem and co-ordination.
Just like the Dragon Kids, students will learn basic blocks, strikes, break-falls and a wider variety of techniques as they progress through the various belt levels . |
Adults
Adult classes are for any one 16 years old and above or with permission of Dojo Cho. Class structure is similar to the children's classes, focusing on the fundamentals at the early stages and as the student progresses, introducing the concept of 'Aiki' that is the foundation of Daitoryu Aiki Jujutsu.
